The Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Manager with day to day activities in all aspects of residential construction

This includes site cleanup, framing repairs and minor repairs at various stages of construction.

Assist the Project Manager with quality control inspections, job site safety and vacation coverage for the Project Manager

Skills and Qualifications

Good basic knowledge of residential construction

Minimum 3 years hands on construction experience

Must have a reliable truck and basic tools. (monthly vehicle allowance is provided)

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills

Well organized with ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
