This is a full-time permanent position located in Moncton, New Brunswick (and surrounding areas). Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of security equipment, including alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and computer networks.
• Install new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations.
• Uphold company and industry standards for quality within recognized guidelines.
• Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service; make recommendations to ensure optimal system function.
• Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory.
• Work safely at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, and be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Work safely in a construction site environment as required.
