Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist/Assistant with excellent communication skills, reliability, dedication, problem-solving skills and be willing to learn to join our team.

Job Details:

This job will mainly consist of assisting and reception duties.

You must be available to work the following shifts:

Schedule:

Mondays: 12 to 8
Wednesdays: 12 to 8
Thursday: 12 to 8
Friday: 12 to 8
Saturdays: Alternate 9-4

Duties:

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients for dental work.
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
