The IT SupportSpecialist provides support to all staff on IT related issues and is the first point of contact for support.
Theywould assist with the management / maintenance of all IT systems and hardware, as well as coordinate withother members of the IT team.
They will work closely with and be mentored by our Senior IT Consultant andDigital Practice Lead. Their primary role consists of ensuring all IT systems and hardware function correctlyand providing timely support to all staff.
