The Manager, Research & Insights will be a key member of our team. In this role, you. Will sit on the Strategy, Insights & Digital team and be an active participant in fulfilling the vision of our team and Firm.

Your mandate is to grow our research business, deliver exceptional client service, produce exceptional quality research and contribute to our thriving culture across Canada.

We already do some exceptional work in research & insights and are looking for the right person to help us take it to the next level.

As Manager, Research & Insights, you will :

  • Further define and develop our service offering for research & insights and grow our business;
  • Lead and deliver high-quality research and insights projects including a mix of both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary methods;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Canada and across the broader AVENIR GLOBAL network to integrate research in all we do wherever possible;
  • Effectively position and marketing research and insights and opportunities to current and prospective clients;
  • Help mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to their professional development and contribute to our team culture;
  • Consult with internal teams leveraging research and insights to inform and support strategy development and demonstrate effectiveness; and,
  • Help grow our research business through thought leadership and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • University degree in research or equivalent
  • 7+ years in research and insights, a bonus for experience within communications or marketing environment
  • A growing reputation in research and insights and a history of client service mastery
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of challenging assignments with a broad portfolio of research work
  • Strong network of contacts within research and insights
