Bilingual Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible to prepare, review, and / or edit various forms of correspondence. This position will assist in the compilation of data for various reports. This role will also maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.

How you will make an impact

• Prepare, review, and / or edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports;
• Data entry and general administrative duties;
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions;
• Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
• Photocopy, fax, scan and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing; and
• Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.
