Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, in-office role that requires a hands-on approach, with site visits as part of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead project planning sessions and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Demonstrated expertise in ground-up projects, including warehouses, restaurants, or manufacturing facilities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).
- A valid drivers license and ability to travel to sites as needed.
