Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time, in-office role that requires a hands-on approach, with site visits as part of daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ground-up projects, including warehouses, restaurants, or manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).
  • A valid drivers license and ability to travel to sites as needed.
