They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a leadership role overseeing complex construction projects while mentoring project teams and supporting continued regional growth.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects or large-scale, complex builds from pre-construction through closeout. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and site leadership while helping to elevate project management standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all projects and teams.
Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers, Coordinators, and site teams.
Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams during pre-construction and planning phases.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor financial performance, forecasts, schedules, and risk management strategies.
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Split time between the office and job sites (approximately 70% office / 30% site, depending on project needs).
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
PMP designation or progress toward PMP is considered an asset.
5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong financial and cost-control expertise.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and modern project management software.
A strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management best practices.
