What you’ll be doing :

The Business Analyst will support the Talent Development Strategy by collaborating closely with various Talent Development teams, HR and Business Partners with all vendors who provide CIBC with learning services.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible in coordinating the processes and procedures needed to optimize Talent Development vendor relationships with the support of your people leaders.

A significant part of this role is building effective and ongoing relationships; within various Centres of Excellence (COE’s) across CIBC.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

This is a 4 month co-op opportunity

How you’ll succeed

  • Records Management You’ll be responsible in maintaining and updating our vendor management database to track in progress vendor contracts.
  • Process Improvements - You’ll identify potential improvements to ensure optimal efficiency in collaboration with our HR Shared Delivery team.
  • Coordination - You’ll assist with the deployment of vendor dashboard as needed; supporting CRM submission requests through Coupa.
