Brake Press Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Amada CNC brake press machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select, install, and adjust proper tooling, dies, and machine settings.
• Conduct first-article inspections and verify part dimensions using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency throughout production runs.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and minimize scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of brake press equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control to resolve production issues.
