About the Role
As the Sales Manager at Growing Globe Immigration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy and leading a team of talented sales and business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy : Craft a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives growth.
Identify target markets, develop sales plans, and set achievable sales targets.
Manage and lead the sales team : Oversee the performance of sales and business development managers, RCICs, and other team members.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
Develop performance management systems : Establish and maintain performance management systems to monitor the sales team's progress and hold them accountable.
Implement regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide feedback for improvement.
Oversee the lead conversion process : Ensure the effective implementation of the lead conversion process, from initial contact to client onboarding.
Collaborate with the call center team and utilize tools like CRM and WhatsApp Business API to streamline and optimize the process.
Analyze and report on sales data : Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance the sales strategy.
Develop and train the sales team : Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the sales team.
Ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed in their roles.
Foster client relationships : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to expand the client base.
Represent the company at industry events and engage in networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the immigration or professional services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call center softwares and lead conversion processes
- Knowledge of the immigration industry or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is a plus
