Job Description : TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group, offers a broad range of consumer and commercial insurance products. Team : Auto Claims Advisors work at TD Auto Centres, providing a one‑stop shop for customers to drop off their vehicle, receive a rental, and speak to a claims professional.
What You’ll Do :
- Represent TD Insurance as an Auto Claims Advisor, facilitating and coordinating a claim from start to finish.
- Support customer claims : arrange towing, set up appraisals, explain coverage and options.
- Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation to resolve claims efficiently.
- Reconcile estimates from vendors, ensuring appropriate settlements for vehicle damages.
- Maintain a positive file count and open / close ratio, contributing to team productivity objectives.
- Collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders and external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops.
