We are looking to fill the position of WSS Sales Agent at Fernie Alpine Resort . Reporting to the WSS Director, this full-time winter seasonal position requiresthe ideal candidate to have winter sports school experience, strong customerservice skills and a positive attitude.

You Will :
- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity
- Manage cash handling and reconciliations
- Have an in-depth accurate knowledge of all WSS products and resort events
- Enter all bookings into the resort WSS software program
- Answer telephone and email information requests for all lesson and product inquiries
- Create an atmosphere of relationship building for the guests at initiation of sales and inquiry process
