Cash Jobs in Fernie, BC

We are looking to fill the position of Accounting Cash Audit. It's not just the numbers, you are a natural problem solver, every day is an opportunity to learn new things. The ideal candidate will have previous data entry experience, will be a clear communicator, and have an excellent knowledge of Excel. Previous accounting or financial experience is an asset. You Will :

• Reconcile cash outs from all departments / hotels at Fernie Alpine Resort and enter data into Excel cash sheet
• Prepare daily bank deposit
• Handle cash, credit card receipts and keep the safe balanced
• Assist with accounts receivable as required
• Support manager with month-end duties, balance cash sheets and issue and return floats
• Perform other related accounting department duties as required
• Read and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
• Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
• Understand and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management / Return-to-Work Programs
• To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

You Have :

This is a full-time winter seasonal position (40h / week). Might include weekend / overtime work depending on schedule.
