As a Senior Field Services Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Services team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Field Services Director supporting the Ontario region. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our organization.

This is a remote role with the requirement to travel 50% if time across Ontario region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the Field Services team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to meter installers as well as warehouse facilities management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum High School Diploma with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
  • Ability to travel 50% of time across Ontario region
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of outside field deployment
