The Assistant Controller will serve as a key member of the Finance leadership team, supporting the Vice President of Finance / CFO in overseeing the Company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position is designed for a finance professional seeking progressive responsibility and offers a defined career path toward the Controller role as the organization continues to grow and evolve. The Assistant Controller role offers a clear pathway to the Controller position within the organization. The selected candidate will receive mentorship from the Vice President of Finance / CFO and gain exposure to corporate finance strategy, system transformation initiatives, and potential merger and acquisition activities as part of the company’s long-term growth plan.
