Title : Issue Remediation Tester

Contract Length : 6 Months with the chance to extend

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $48 - $60 / hr

Key responsibilities

• Provides advice and guidance on control effectiveness, program compliance, and issue descriptions.
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzes data and information to offer insights and recommendations.
• Assists in change management efforts, focusing on execution and sustainment activities.
• Conducts complex reviews of business artifacts.
• Executes complex testing and fieldwork requiring subject matter expertise.
• Implements designated test programs across various specializations to ensure effective testing and monitoring of controls.
• Understands the business / group strategy and maintains knowledge of end-to-end processes.
• Develops expertise related to program and / or area of specialty.
• Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders.
• Participates in planning and implementing operational testing programs within defined service level agreements.
• Ensures timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
• Maintains consistent, high-quality practices aligned with business / group strategies and productivity goals.
• Analyzes root causes of errors to facilitate effective issue communication.
• Creates and maintains adequate testing support documentation.
• Provides ongoing support for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Focuses primarily on business / group, with potential for broader, enterprise-wide involvement.
• Exercises judgment to identify and solve problems within established guidelines.
• Works independently on a range of complex tasks, including unique situations.

Qualifications :

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency acquired through education and / or business experience.
• Possesses in-depth verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits strong collaboration and team skills.
• Demonstrates in-depth analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Displays proficient influence skills.
• Utilizes data-driven decision-making techniques effectively.
