Summary :
Lead and manage a team of AP specialists processing high-volume invoices across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and timely, accurate invoice processing.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of offshore AP team.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal procedures.
- Monitor and improve invoice processing efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues, including review of vendor statements
- Manage vendor rebates / credits and coordinate with accounting team
- Approval of new vendor requests and manage system integration mappings
- Prepare reports and metrics on team performance.
- Assist with ad hoc month end duties as called upon.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing AP teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance.
- Experience managing offshore teams and working with multiple legal entities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP is an strong asset
