Location : Brampton, Ontario, Canada Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent, On-site Earning Range : $300,000+ Overview : Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our community health clinic in Brampton, Ontario.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to comprehensive primary care services.
Responsibilities : Provide continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions.
Develop and manage treatment plans for both acute and chronic diseases. Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients. Qualifications : Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing medical education. Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
