Digital Sales Manager Remote
The Digital Sales Team is Western’s fastest growing sales channel, which uses warm digital leads to grow new business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Sales, you’ll support your remote team to achieve established sales targets, while promoting employee engagement and client retention.
You will have the opportunity to lead a new initiative and make your mark on Western’s strategy for the future.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Setting and monitoring sales KPI’s
- Providing sales strategies, tactics, accountability and feedback.
- Creating efficiencies through tracking and reporting
- Champion and implement corporative initiatives to the team to drive business results
- Mediate disputes with customers
- Review and audit the team’s output to ensure quality and compliance
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training, and courses; as well as promoting the same in your team
The value you bring
- RIBO / Level 3 License required; willingness to become licensed across Canada
- 5+ years experience selling personal lines insurance products
- Supervisory experience required, including leading a team to achieve sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the organization and with our clients and carriers
Hours : Full-Time, Permanent 37.5 hours / week
Location : Remote in Canada
Salary Range : $72,000 - $99,000
