E-Commerce Sales Analyst

Location : Vancouver HQ

Salary : 55-65k

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Analyst to join our reporting team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing ecommerce sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

The Ecommerce Sales Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales performance, improve customer experience, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze ecommerce sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor key performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Support the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Sales Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with relational databases.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Tableau are highly preferred.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for driving business results through data-driven insights.
