E-Commerce Manager

JobOverview :

We are seeking anexperienced eCommerce Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.This role is crucial for managing our marketing team whileoptimizing our online sales and customer engagement channels.

Theideal candidate is a jackofall trade with a unique blend oftechnical expertise design sensibility and marketing knowledge witha strong background in automotive products and data analysis.

Thefocus will be on enhancing the online customer experience managingour website and CMS engaging with customers and leading our team todrive sales growth within the North Americanmarket.

Salary : $60000 $70000 peryear

KeyResponsibilities :

TeamManagement &Leadership

• Test &review products (from both BlackboxMyCar &externally).
• Stay uptodate with the latesttrends in eCommerce and technicalknowledge.
• Provide guidance and step in tosupport the team when necessary and use project management softwaresuch as Asana.
• Develop eCommerce strategies& monthly planning with theteam.

DataAnalysis

• Conduct dataanalytics social media and SEO analysis leveraging data to informstrategies and find growth opportunities.
• Leadteam initiatives providing resources for success and efficiencyimprovements through AI integrations andautomations.
• Utilize tools like Klaviyo orMailchimp to analyze customer behavior and improve engagementstrategies.

RelationshipBuilder

Build andmaintain relationships with customers external organizations andpartners through effectivecommunication.

ShopifyWebsiteManagement

• Utilize theShopify CMS apps & Liquid coding to maintain & enhancewebsite functionality and aesthetics to create a visually appealing& userfriendly customer experience.
• Updateproduct listings descriptions images and pricing as needed toreflect most uptodate information. Ability to write coherently isimportant.
• Utilize email marketing campaignslike Klaviyo to bring users onto the BlackboxMyCarwebsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing IT or a related field with a strongpreference for candidates with an automotivebackground.
• At least 3 years of experience ineCommerce with a proven track record of managing websites emailmarketing and customer engagement.
• Proficiencyin Shopify Liquid coding and the use of Shopifyapps.
• Strong design skills and the ability tooptimize websites for desktop andmobile.
• Experience in customer management andbuilding relationships.
• Leadership skills withthe ability to manage a team and collaborateeffectively.
• Analytical skills with experiencein Google Analytics data visualization and SEOanalysis.
