The Job

Our client is seeking a results-driven Telesales Representative with proven experience in generating new business in the freight brokerage industry.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone communication skills, a personable approach, and the ability to ask the right questions to understand shipper requirements for truckload movements.

Responsibilities include lead generation, following up with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through phone outreach
  • Understand and gather shipper requirements for truckload movements
  • Follow up with clients to secure ongoing business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Previous experience in telesales within the freight brokerage industry
