You're an experienced professional who knows how to communicate the value of professional services to a discerning clientele and implement marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.

Your knowledge of digital tools and business acumen will be leveraged to create and deploy campaigns that bring KPMG's Quebec market strategy to life.

What you will do

You will help drive the firm's growth in Quebec by working closely with local practice leaders, the Quebec marketing and communications team, and other teams in KPMG's national and international network.

More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Collaborate with industry leaders to develop action plans aligned with firm and client objectives.
  • Proactively manage plans by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders as required by key industries.
  • Orchestrate and monitor internal and cross-industry initiatives as well as multi-channel marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, sales collateral and industry content and ensure its deployment to reinforce the KPMG brand.
  • Prepare functional reports for committees and management on sector activities and business opportunities.
  • Strengthen industry position and support strategic relationship development.
  • Support account teams in planning and marketing targeted offers.
  • Monitor results of programs and market initiatives and propose solutions to maintain growth.
  • Manage marketing activities, including planning and analysis of results.
  • Advise partners on market activation best practices.
  • Oversee relations between KPMG and industry associations.
  • Act as focal point for key account information and share best practices.

What you bring to the role

University degree in marketing, business administration, management or related discipline.

5 to 10 years' experience in marketing, business development and account management in the professional services industry.

Applied marketing knowledge in a professional services context, including content marketing, strategic positioning, thought leadership, service offerings and relationship development.

Creative and innovative mindset, with a good command of existing and emerging digital technologies.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).to ensure communications and prepare documents in English with stakeholders outside of Quebec and to ensure continuation of mandates with our National teams.

Hands-on experience in project management, from strategy to execution.
