CHALLENGE

To support the Director in achieving and monitoring business objectives, the Personal Services Advisor will play a key role in customer satisfaction.

You will contribute directly to the performance and success of the delivery of an optimal customer experience. By listening carefully and maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, you'll suggest the best financial strategies to help them realize their dreams and create value. To do this, you'll carry out the necessary credit and other analyses and recommendations.

Always on the lookout for business opportunities, you'll prospect, solicit and refer new customers.

REQUIREMENTS

The person we are looking for has a bachelor's degree in business administration and two (2) years' experience in retail financial consulting. Any equivalence in training and experience will be considered.
