DDAI / Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) sits inside Deloitte’s global shared services organization. Our group
works on AI-centric projects for Deloitte internal customers. We aim to delight users by delivering innovative
applications that leverage current and emerging technologies.
What will your typical day look like?
As a part of this team, you will :
Guide research and development efforts and evangelize new technologies.
Act as a technical SME across multiple domains including cloud based PAAS solutions, full stack development, and Generative AI.
Lead project teams of up to 6 developers across multiple channels. Keep the team motivated by encouraging teaming and sharing of best practices.
Work in a hybrid style with 80% - 20% ratio, where 80% is Lead Developer / Technical Architect role and 20% is project team operations.
Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and work with the team to determine the best technical solution.
Work with all the developers to maintain document repository / code library and take complete ownership to keep it up to date.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the project team including work assignment, driving operational processes, quality assurance and customer service standards.
Build rapport with the stakeholders and other key customers; coordinate and maintain internal and external communication with key stakeholders.
Coach and manage team members.

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world : knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate.
We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization,leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer applications, engineering, or equivalent certification / diploma with total of eight years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise solutions.
Should have at least 4 years of experience with designing and developing cloud solutions on any major cloud vendor (preferred Azure)
Should be familiar working with cloud based PAAS solutions and security protocols.
Experience in any major programming language like Python, .Net, C#, etc. (preferred python)
Experience in front end stacks like Angular, Reach, Vanilla JS, HTML, CSS, etc.
Experience in setting up and using SQL and no-SQL databases.
Should have a track record of leading mid-size teams, within a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
Ability to seamlessly interact with client leaders, practitioners, and related / supporting roles.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
