ELITS is looking for a talented ServiceNow Administrator for a full-time position in Montreal ! As a ServiceNow Admin, you will be part of a team and be responsible to operate and secure a stable infrastructure.
The role focuses on optimizing the services to the agreed service level in a cost-efficient and timely manner. The tasks may be divided to both individual and work in projects.
It is important that you have a great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. The ability to handle teamwork and co-operation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and a quality delivery to our customers.
Some of the possible duties and responsibilities may include :
- ServiceNow platform administration, development, documentation and technical support
- ServiceNow platform related Incident analysis & diagnosis, resolve & recover by applying any agreed workaround to resolve the incident as soon as possible
- Coordination with ServiceNow support for issues not resolved
- Manages Instance security - User / Group Access / Access Control Lists
- ServiceNow platform release upgrade and migration planning and execution, this includes feature release, patch release, and hotfix
- Configuration / customization of various ServiceNow ITSM, CSM and Performance Analytics modules (specifically Incident, Service Level, Problem, Release, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog & Service request and Configuration Management)
- Execute System testing, and Support including defect management
- Plan and Execute New client onboarding for Managed Services
Qualifications and Skills :
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator with minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform release upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts with strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Release Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management) and the associated ServiceNow modules.
- CSM and Performance Analytics experience preferred
- Ability to produce high quality documentation and manage Jira board for bug fixes.
- Be able to mentor and share knowledge among peers
