Tasks
- Bringclean dishes flatware and other items to serving areas and settables
- Clean and sanitize items such asdishwasher mats carts and waste disposalunits
- Clear and clean tables trays andchairs
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishesglassware and flatware
- Place dishes in storagearea
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other itemsby hand
- Keep records of the quantities of foodused
- Portion and wrapfoods
- Prepare heat and finish simple fooditems
- Use manual and electrical appliances toclean peel slice and trim foodstuffs
- Clean andsanitize kitchen including work surfaces cupboards storage areasappliances and equipment
- Handle and storecleaning products
- Receive unpack and storesupplies in refrigerators freezers cupboards and other storageareas
- Remove kitchen garbage andtrash
- Sharpen kitchenknives
