Position : Project Leader - Construction

Location : Hybrid- Bowmanville (2 days remote)

Structure : Contract 12 months to start

Pay : Up to $80.00 p / h inc.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Requirements :

• 4-year university degree Engineering Science or Business
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation is a desirable asset
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a desirable asset
• 6-10 years of experience in project management specifically in developing project requirements and plans; preparing cost estimates; participating in contract bidding and award processes managing projects and contracts in execution phase and managing project closeout.
• 5 years experience in a live construction environment including the planning phase
• Experience working with Facilities Infrastructures and ICI Construction industry is a strong asset
• Working experience with applicable codes such as OBC and NBCC is an asset
• Prior experience in managing conflicting priorities of scope schedule cost and quality.
• Experience and knowledge of cost accounting and forecasting as it relates to project management.
• Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills highly developed organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
