Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates and reports for mechanical design projects.
• Design HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, controls systems, and specialized piping systems (natural gas, fuel oil).
• Perform mechanical calculations for ductwork, piping, and equipment sizing.
• Develop equipment schedules and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate design.
• Conduct energy modeling and audits for LEED, Green Globes, and energy efficiency.
• Complete facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, and design briefs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and respond to internal / external project inquiries.
