Rémunération : de 70 000,00$ à 80 000,00$ par an

Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) ou infirmier(ère) Clinicien(ne) spécialisé en Néphrologie pour Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Dr. Georges-L. Dumont.

Votre mission principale sera de participer à la planification, à l’organisation, à la prestation et à l’évaluation des soins infirmiers, conformément à la philosophie, aux objectifs et aux politiques du Réseau de santé Vitalité. Déterminer les besoins individuels du patient en chirurgie et de sa famille et y répondre en période préopératoire, peropératoire et postopératoire immédiate

Exigences :

  • Immatriculation auprès de l'Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Nouveau‑Brunswick;
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience en soins infirmiers;
  • Certificat valide en soins immédiats en réanimation (SIR);
  • Certification pour les actes médicaux délégués et les compétences avancées en soins infirmiers propres au bloc opératoire ou obtention de celle-ci selon l’échéancier fixé;
  • Capacité d’être à l’hôpital en moins de 20 minutes (par ses propres moyens) pour répondre efficacement aux rappels;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité
