Responsibilities :
- Workwith organizations by providing expertise consultative adviceguidance and coaching to build knowledge and expertise of changemanagement principles methodologies andtools
- Helpleaders and teams enhance their capabilities to understand howchange impacts people the reasons why people resist change and howto support people as they transition throughchange
- Bean active and visible coach to support leaders partners andstakeholders in their role as changechampions
- Partnerand work collaboratively with key roles such as project managersbusiness analysts process improvement specialists changeconsultants and leadership to integrate change practices at alllevels of theorganization
- Developand implement change management strategies plans andframework
- Leaddevelop implement and / or provide input in the development ofcommunication plans sponsor roadmaps stakeholder assessmentstraining plan and resistance management throughout the lifecycle oftheproject
- Leadsstakeholder management including identification and analysis of keystakeholders and the development of stakeholder engagementstrategies
- Ensurethe alignment of change management activities with participatingstakeholders to remove change barriers smooth the adoption processand contribute to problem solving resulting in successfulimplementation
- Ensurethat clients / partners and stakeholders are actively engaged in thechange consulted with and communicatedto
- Be ableto articulate the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense toimpacted stakeholders and provides a compelling picture of the neworganization
- Buildconsensus among clients / partners and stakeholders on specificchanges designed to better meet theirneeds
- Identifypotential people side risks and anticipated points of resistanceand develop plans to mitigate or addressconcerns
- Designand conduct change readiness assessments evaluate results andpresent findings to stakeholders to plan and carry out a changemanagementstrategy
- Administermeasurement systems to track adoption utilization and proficiencyof individualchanges
- Developsan approach to embed / institutionalize the change to sustain thebenefits achieved including knowledge transfer performancemanagement continuous improvement and other relatedpractices.
