We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist . The desired candidate should possess the following qualifications :
- Undergraduate or Graduate Mining or Geological Engineering Degree.
- Familiar with General Mining Software Packages and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is compulsory. French or Spanish is nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and explain technical concepts to clients.
- Ability to work on tasks independently, support clients, and meet timelines and the company’s quality objectives.
- Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and readily adapts to changing market and organizational needs.
Position Responsibilities :
- Geology and Mining Software testing.
- Write and contribute to the test plan.
- Liaise with clients regarding technical matters and be able to present results professionally.
- Collaborate with the software development team.
