Specific Project Requirements : The company s SmallSegment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agileChange Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing,implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in thisspace.
The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employeeadoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people'sside of change including changes to business processes, systems andtechnology, job roles and organization structures.
The primaryresponsibility will be creating and implementing change managementstrategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage andminimize resistance.
The Change Advisor will work with initiativeteams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimateutilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impactemployees in the organization to increase benefit realization,value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
