Hourly salary of $70 to $90 based onexperience.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week with potential overtimerequirements.

Responsibilities :
Manage a team of 45 employees during the testing phase andhypercare post golive.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define projectscope objectives training andtimelines.
Lead the payrolltesting process including test planning test case creationexecution and defect management.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders toensure smooth data integration.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues during the deploymentphase.
Provide training andsupport to endusers with the new process from Workday to thepayroll systems.
Ensurecompliance with legal and regulatory requirements related topayroll processing.
Documentprocesses procedures and best practices for futurereference.
Attend meetings inAustralia with flexibility primarily scheduled within the localtime zone.
Be prepared forpotential overtime requirements and demonstrate flexibility withworking hours to accommodate projectneeds.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High level of expertise in payroll processes to effectively supportthe team in endtoend payroll processing during testing anddeployment.
Subject matterproficiency in endtoend payroll processes encompassing employeedata management query resolution and relatedtasks.
Familiarity with theintricacies of local compensation types and eligibilitycriteria.
Knowledge of theinterdependencies between employee compensation and payrollfunctions.
Experience withsystems and processes in relevant areas along with understandingintegration points with otherprocesses.
Familiarity withWorkday and SAP Payroll with experience being considered anasset.
Experience in dataanalysis process improvement process design and changemanagement.
Experience withWorkday particularly in testing andintegration.
Demonstrated projectmanagement skills.
Solid grasp ofprocess simplification and standardizationprinciples.
Ability to comprehenddata privacy considerations within businessprocesses.
Knowledge of roledesign segregation of duties and internal controlrequirements.
Strong stakeholdermanagement skills including experience in engaging with businesscustomers.
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbalcritical.
Bilingual in Englishand French (both spoken andwritten).
Adaptable to varyingwork hours; flexibility with scheduling hours isrequired.
