We are seeking a motivated and analytical Replacement Opportunity Coordinator to join our Brampton team.

The Opportunity


The Replacement Opportunity Coordinator is responsible for identifying equipment replacement opportunities from scheduled service appointments. By analyzing customer service history, equipment age, repair trends, warranty status, and technician recommendations, you'll generate qualified leads while supporting scheduling and operational efficiency.

This role combines customer service, sales support, analytics, and coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving business results.



Key Responsibilities


- Review upcoming and same-day service appointments to identify replacement opportunities.
- Analyze equipment age, repair history, warranty status, and previous recommendations.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate opportunities with technicians and sales consultants.
- Track opportunities through the sales process and monitor conversion results.

- Confirm customer appointments and communicate scheduling updates.

- Adjust schedules and coordinate service calls to maximize technician productivity.

- Maintain accurate customer, appointment, and opportunity records.

- Prepare reports and provide insights on lead generation, sales performance, and operational metrics.

- Support business growth through proactive opportunity identification and follow-up.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications


✔ 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Service Coordination, or a similar role.


✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and revenue-generating opportunities.


✔ Exceptional communication skills and confidence interacting with both customers and field technicians.


✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.


✔ Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple software systems.


✔ A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.



Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the HVAC, home services, construction, trades, or service industries.
- Experience using CRM, scheduling, dispatching, or service management software.

- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and replacement sales processes.
