Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, ON. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and technicians. You will listen to vehicle concerns, coordinate appointments, explain estimates, provide repair updates, and support front desk operations. Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers professionally and respond to phone calls, emails, and service inquiries.
- Listen to customer vehicle concerns and clearly communicate repair needs to technicians.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Prepare, review, and explain service estimates, recommended repairs, and invoices.
- Keep customers informed on vehicle repair status and expected timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records while supporting general front desk and office housekeeping duties.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
- Annual equivalent: $49,920 per year.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Milton, ON L9T 2V1.
- Benefits available once hired on permanently, with no probation period.
