Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise applications across ERP, CRM, and digital platforms. The candidate will work across Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Azure, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform, while supporting API integrations, database solutions, and front-end development using JavaScript and React. Experience with Oracle HCM/ERP, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and PeopleTools 8.61.09 will be valuable for enterprise system integration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET/.NET Core.

• Develop responsive front-end components using JavaScript and React and integrate them with back-end services.

• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business and operational requirements.

• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and web services to integrate ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

• Implement application integrations involving Microsoft Azure, MuleSoft, Oracle ERP/HCM, and PeopleSoft platforms.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access components using SQL Server and Azure SQL.

• Support integrations with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.61.09, including data exchange and application customization where required.

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, reusable design patterns, and maintainable coding practices.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes, deployment workflows, and release management practices.

• Troubleshoot application defects, integration failures, performance issues, and database-related problems.

• Participate in Agile delivery activities, technical design sessions, sprint planning, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, and implementation guidelines.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–9 years of professional experience in software development and enterprise application engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET/.NET Core.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React or comparable front-end frameworks.

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.

• Practical experience with SQL, relational databases, SQL Server, or Azure SQL.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

• Working knowledge of Agile software development practices.

• Experience with one or more ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, or Oracle enterprise applications.

• Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform customization is an advantage.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns and enterprise middleware is desirable.

• Knowledge of Java or additional object-oriented/3GL programming languages is beneficial.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications.

• Exposure to Oracle HCM/ERP, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and PeopleTools 8.61.09.

• Experience with enterprise application modernization, cloud deployments, automated testing, and release management.

• Familiarity with relational and hierarchical database environments.
