Schedule: Monday to Friday Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Shifts Available: Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) OR Afternoons (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

What the Day Looks Like
You’ll play a critical role in keeping the production line moving by managing inbound, internal, and outbound material flow.
Active Labor (80%): Receive, inspect, pack, weigh, and load outbound shipments for site and customer orders.
Forklift Operation (20%): Safely maneuver forklifts to stage, transport, and store heavy components.
Inventory Control: Maintain high accuracy within the Work-in-Process (WIP) database and track live inventory levels.
What We’re Looking For
Forklift Experience: Valid certification or proven hands-on operating experience.
Physical Capability: Comfortable with active physical labor and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Detail & Dependability: High accuracy with numbers/part codes and a track record of reliable attendance.

Responsibilities
Inspect & Receive: Verify incoming inventory against documentation for condition and count accuracy.
Fulfill & Stage: Pick, prepare, and load customer orders accurately and on schedule.
Move Materials: Safely transfer components between internal departments and warehouse bays.
Manage Stock: Run inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, and fix quantity discrepancies.
Track & Log: Input transaction data into company software and maintain required paperwork.
Qualifications
Certified Operator: Valid Lift Truck License with hands-on experience running Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment (Fall Arrest certification required).
Warehouse Savvy: Proven track record in picking, packing, and day-to-day warehouse logistics.
Distribution Know-How: Solid understanding of standard distribution procedures and floor safety.
