Demand for our premium street sweeping equipment is accelerating-and we're expanding our team to support continued growth.We design and build high-performance, chassis-mounted mechanical sweepers trusted by municipalities, contractors, airports, and industrial operations for their fuel efficiency, reliability, and low cost of ownership. Our growth isn't hype-it's driven by proven products, loyal customers, and a team-first culture.Position SummaryThis is a highly analytical and business-focused role working directly with ODRA's senior leadership team and company owners. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for researching, validating, analyzing, and organizing information that supports strategic business decisions across the organization with clear, actionable intelligence, while leveraging AI and digital tools to improve how the organization gathers and uses information.This is not a traditional research or data-entry position. Success in this role requires curiosity, critical thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex or incomplete information. You will be asked to investigate business challenges, evaluate opportunities, analyze trends, and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.The work is highly varied and may include researching competitors, markets, suppliers, technologies, operational issues, customer trends, regulations, business opportunities, and emerging industry developments. You will also support the use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI tools, and digital technologies that improve how information is collected, organized, and utilized throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market, competitive, business, customer, supplier, product, and operational researchGather information from multiple sources and evaluate its accuracy, reliability, and relevanceIdentify inconsistencies, assumptions, and areas requiring further investigationAnalyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insightsPrepare summaries, reports, presentations, comparisons, and decision-support materials for leadershipMaintain organized research files, databases, project trackers, and information repositoriesSupport strategic projects, investigations, and business initiatives led by senior leadershipUtilize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI tools, and research platforms to improve productivity and information managementDevelop and maintain structured workflows that improve how information is organized and accessedResearch emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve business performance QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, research, operations, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be consideredExperience in business research, market analysis, consulting, business intelligence, operations, strategic planning, or related analytical rolesExposure to manufacturing, industrial equipment, transportation, construction, municipal services, or related industries is preferredExperience supporting executive leadership teams with research, analysis, and strategic initiatives.Ability to objectively evaluate information, distinguish facts from assumptions, and identify inconsistencies or gapsExperience utilizing digital tools, information management systems, and business technologies such as; SharePoint, Power BI, data visualization tools, research platforms, or executive-level reporting is an asset What We OfferEmployer-paid benefitsPaid time offExposure to strategic business initiatives and executive decision-makingAccess to modern research, collaboration, and AI-powered business toolsA collaborative and growth-focused environmentOpportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to company-wide decisionsIf you're someone who enjoys solving problems, uncovering meaningful insights, asking the right questions, and helping business leaders make better decisions, we'd like to hear from you.
