About the Role:
Vitacore is seeking a creative, efficient and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our Burnaby, BC office. This is a hands-on, highly varied role for a designer who enjoys working across multiple brands, products and types of creative work rather than specializing in one narrow area. You will work with our sales, marketing, product and leadership teams to turn ideas, product information, photographs, technical content and existing brand assets into polished, effective visual materials. Projects may range from a product brochure or investor presentation one day to packaging, social content, trade-show graphics or product imagery the next. We value practical creativity, speed, responsiveness and consistency.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project, work comfortably with evolving priorities and produce strong commercial design work efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Sales sheets, brochures, product sheets, flyers and other sales collateral.
• Corporate and sales presentations.
• Social media graphics and campaign assets.
• Digital advertisements, website graphics and email creative.
• Trade-show graphics, banners, displays and signage.
• Product photography editing, retouching and manipulation.
• Product packaging, labels, boxes and inserts.
• Reusable company templates for presentations, sales documents and marketing materials.
• Adaptation of existing creative into different formats, dimensions and applications.
• Brand assets and visual guidelines across multiple Vitacore products and business units.
• You will also help maintain organized creative files and asset libraries so that current, editable materials can be easily accessed and reused across the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating commercial graphic design work.
• Experience designing marketing and sales collateral.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or equivalent professional tools.
• Experience preparing materials for both digital and professional print production.
• Experience with product imagery and marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while also developing new creative concepts.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and deadlines may change.
• Able to receive direct feedback and turn around revisions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and file organization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Experience with packaging design is strongly preferred. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, 3D product rendering, Canva, Figma or similar tools is an asset. Formal design education is welcome but is not required where demonstrated by a strong portfolio.

Compensation:

• $60,000 to $75,000 annual salary, depending on portfolio.
