Title: Customer Service & Data Entry Agent
Contract Type: Permanent / Contract-to-Hire with extension or permanent conversion potential depending on volume

Start Date / Duration: ASAP through mid-January (possibility of extension)
Training: Full on-site orientation provided

Location / Workplace Model: On-site, Winnipeg, MB

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT (occasional weekend availability during peak times)

Pay / Salary: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer database records with high precision to ensure operational efficiency.

Sort, collate, time-stamp, and weigh incoming and outgoing physical mail to process accurate postage.

Process mail operations using automated equipment including letter slicers, inserters, scanning devices, and postage meters.

Support donors and clients over the phone and via email regarding donations, account changes, credit declined follow-ups, and service inquiries.

Conduct post-interaction follow-ups including thank-you communications to ensure strong donor relations.

Prepare source documentation, process client imports and exports, and execute financial batch deposits.

Address missing customer information directly with clients to maintain complete administrative records.

Assist customers with change-of-address requests and mail hold administrative forms.

Qualifications
Strong typing skills with a preference for touch-typing proficiency and fast, accurate data entry.

Excellent command of oral and written English to handle phone calls, emails, and donor communications effectively.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail while working under deadline pressure.

Solid general computer literacy and familiarity with digital filing systems.

Experience operating mailroom machinery or postage meters is considered an asset.

Ability to handle sensitive calls regarding donations, services, and doctrine for non-profit and religious organizations with professionalism and empathy.
