What is this opportunity?

We are seeking a proactive individual to join us as a Salesforce Administrator, having varied technical and business facing experience, to help continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements, design scalable best practice solutions, and effectively meet the demanding needs of the Salesforce project.

What will you do :

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, milestones, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects, lightning record pages, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata, mobile administration.
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as user management, data cleanup, and security audits, to ensure the reliability and security of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Deliver data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Daily user support Issues for a community of 150 users including ongoing user training
  • Drive progress and solve complex issues through Salesforce standard methodologies
  • Skilled in sandbox environment management and at following industry Standard CI / CD benchmarks and help lead all aspects of Release Management for all Salesforce Orgs

Manage System Integrations

  • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication.
  • Management of integrated applications including but not limited to Okta, Zuora, Gainsight, Mulesoft.
  • Manage Projects to Implement New Business Solutions
  • Work on multiple projects as architectural project lead or internal consultant. Be viewed as a specialist and provide knowledge and counsel to others.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce, leveraging tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
  • Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt.
  • Create roadmaps and set priorities, working closely with Salesforce manager and stakeholders.
  • Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Advanced Administrator) is a must
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in computer software admin / development in a company environment
  • Experience in implementation and configuration of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Community Sites, Salesforce CPQ etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of accuracy.
  • Regularly evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party solutions and explain benefits and risks.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience supporting native and custom integrations between Salesforce and adjacent subscription management / ERP systems such as Zuora and Dynamics 365
  • Experience working on Middleware (Mulesoft)
  • Electronic Signature Management (Examples : DocuSign, EchoSign)
  • Marketing Automation Platforms (Examples : Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Contract Lifecycle Management Tools (Agiloft, Conga)
  • Customer Success Platforms (Gainsight)
  • Sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Document Creation tools (Examples : Conga Composer, Drawloop, Webmerge)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
  • Tableau or Power BI Reporting
