We're looking for an In Process QA Associate to join our Quality Assurance team in Brampton.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in maintaining quality, GMP compliance and regulatory standards across our production facility. Working closely with manufacturing, cultivation and wider cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure our processes, documentation and products consistently meet the required standards.
You'll be a visible quality presence on the production floor, carrying out routine checks, supporting sampling and label management, reviewing documentation, and helping teams identify and resolve quality issues.
This is an opportunity to build your expertise in a fast-paced, regulated environment while contributing to a strong culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Curaleaf International is shaping the future of cannabis through its commitment to research and product excellence. Powered by a strong presence at all stages of the supply chain, its unique distribution network throughout Europe, Canada and Australasia brings together pioneering research with cutting-edge cultivation, extraction, and production. Amidst a rapid growth trajectory, the emphasis on quality and expertise aims to ensure the delivery of safe and legal cannabis.
Curaleaf International's network includes a clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory in the UK; cultivation and EU-GMP processing facilities in Portugal; an EU-GMP processing, quality assurance and research site in Spain; Four 20 Pharma wholesaler and distributor in Germany; a Polish wholesaler and clinic; and the EU-GMP producer Northern Green Canada.
Curaleaf International is part of Curaleaf Holdings, Inc., a leading international producer and distributor of consumer cannabis products.
We're looking for someone with practical quality experience who is comfortable working both on the production floor and with regulated documentation.
You enjoy being at the heart of operations rather than working in a purely desk-based role. You'll be comfortable wearing PPE, spending significant time on your feet and engaging directly with production teams.
You'll also need to be confident addressing quality and compliance concerns when you see them - including raising issues with production teams and working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, with regular requirements to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds.
If you're passionate about quality, enjoy working collaboratively and want to develop your career in a growing, regulated industry, we'd love to hear from you!
