Job Description Summary

Are you looking for a high-impact role in which you can use your biotech industry experience to help companies advance new therapies and diagnostic tests? At STEMCELL Technologies, we’re looking for a Clinical Services and Alliances Partner to join our Clinical Programs team. In this role you will support customers who are using STEMCELL products for clinical applications, including cell and gene therapy and diagnostic workflows. You will help customers qualify STEMCELL products for clinical use by providing direct, tailored support, including by facilitating access to quality/regulatory information and custom product development and manufacturing. Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to help qualify STEMCELL products for use in cell and gene therapy or diagnostic applications by providing quality/regulatory documentation and support

  • Manage customer-driven initiatives related to the use of STEMCELL's products in clinical workflows, including custom product development and manufacturing

  • Facilitate work with internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development to prepare proposals and ensure that business agreements are executed

  • Champion internal initiatives that make STEMCELL easier to qualify as a clinical supplier

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Master's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong level of interest and knowledge in the cell therapy and diagnostic fields, including applicable quality and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving skills

  • Complex, cross-functional project management experience

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks at a given time

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 - $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
