A busy food logistics facility in Brampton, Ontario is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a 90 day assignment, full-time afternoon shift position. This fast-paced role involves order picking, trailer loading, and material handling within a cold storage environment, adhering strictly to Ontario Ministry of Labor safety guidelines.

Compensation: $22.50/hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday, (2 PM to 10 PM)

Responsibilities3. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Walkie, Counterbalance, and Reach forklifts under OHSA standards.
- Pick orders accurately and load/unload trailers using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications- 3 years of experience operating various types of forklifts (Walkie CB, Reach, double deep reach experience an asset)
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience with RF scanners
- Ability to work in a cold environment (-22 Celsius cold storage, -4 Celsius docks)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience working with food products (preferred)
