As a General Labor team member, you’ll help with order picking and put-aways, staying focused, safety-minded, and dependable throughout the day. If you enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and take pride in completing tasks accurately, this role is a great fit.
Job Title: General Labor
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: Day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
What's the Job?
- Pick customer orders in a warehouse environment using established processes
- Complete put-aways to ensure inventory is stored in the correct locations
- Handle heavy lifting as required (minimum 50 lbs) while maintaining safe work practices
- Follow warehouse instructions and quality expectations to support accurate order fulfillment
- Stay organized and productive while working in a physically active role
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 50 lbs
- Comfort working in a warehouse setting with active, hands-on tasks
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet daily production expectations
- Basic readiness to learn and apply order picking and put-away methods
