Product - Senior Manager/Manager, Product Distribution & Transportation

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager, Product Distribution, you will:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Support with defining and delivering Aritzia’s product distribution approach
• Manage store replenishment, ensuring target stock recommendations are generated, reviewed, and executed on schedule
• Operate DC-to-DC transfers and eCommerce floor stock processes, optimizing inventory balance and availability across the network
• Manage demand forecasting inputs and forecast review
• Analyze outputs, identify anomalies, and apply Aritzia’s business guidelines to resolve exceptions
• Manage reporting on product distribution KPI’s and communicate learnings cross-functionally to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager, Product Distribution, has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Finance, accounting, business, economics, or other analytical discipline SQL, R, or Python (preferred, not required)
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
