Job description
Are you a passionate construction professional ready to showcase your talent on a major job site on Montreal’s South Shore? As a global leader in talent solutions, Randstad partners with top organizations to propel exceptional careers. We are currently seeking an experienced construction project manager—whether an accomplished intermediate professional or a seasoned senior expert—to join a high-performing team in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Our client maintains an open mindset regarding seniority and is primarily looking for a rare gem possessing the rigor, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to drive this project to success.

In this key role as a construction project manager, you will assume overall management of an ambitious construction site dedicated to multi-residential towers and senior living residences (RPA) featuring 7 to 27 stories of concrete structure. Whether you bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience or an impressive track record of over 10 years with a general contractor, this opportunity adapts to your level of expertise. By joining our network through Randstad Operational and its industrial management specialization, you will take charge of stimulating projects valued between $40M and $120M, orchestrating every phase from initial development and estimating to full occupancy handoff.

On a daily basis, the selected construction project manager will maintain a high working tempo while fostering a healthy collaborative culture. Within the mandates managed through Randstad Operational and industrial management, you will oversee quality control, mentor on-site superintendents, and conduct deep financial analysis of operations. Thanks to your mastery of comparative estimation techniques, your comfort with construction management software, and your adaptability, you will become an essential pillar of this architectural project. Whether you want to prove yourself on a large-scale project or leverage your extensive expertise within a dynamic team, this construction project manager role in industrial management is tailored for you.
