Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, .NET, Clean Architecture, API development, Azure services, and unit testing. The candidate must have hands‑on experience working on large-scale enterprise applications and have contributed throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will actively participate in the design and implementation of software solutions, collaborating with architects, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and reliable software, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Experience with end‑to‑end application development, system integration, and participation in Agile/Scrum processes is essential.

This is a 100% on‑site job in Brampton.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for complex business challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the implementation of business and technology initiatives.
• Participate in software development life cycle and solution activities including analysis, design, estimates, testing, etc. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Comply with established quality standards and software development best practices
• Contribute to Agile workflows by participating in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure robust documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support existing application software

Technical Environment

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Technologies, C#, and .NET ecosystem.
• Experience in HTML5, Vue.JS, SPA.
• Experience in DBA – configurations, indexing, performance tuning, replication and security.
• Experience in Database – stored procedures, views, triggers, and optimized SQL queries.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (D365 or similar).
• Experience in Microsoft Azure services such as App services, databases services, Messages services, Microsoft Entra and B2C.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Mindset, Skills & Education

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and back‑end systems.
• Proven experience contributing to large‑scale software development projects throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience contributing to global software applications.
• Strong architectural and design skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and contribute to solution design and innovation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a passion for driving business value through technology.
• Ability to communicate with business partners having various roles and belonging to different business units located in many countries.
• Ability to apply established development requirements and standards, promote industry best practices.
• Educational background in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s required).
